Sample HTML form to XML to XFA Form

You will need a copy of Acrobat Pro to do this demo.

  1. Download the XML-Import.pdf XFA Form (be sure to save it to your computer by right-clicking and selcting "Save link as" rather than opening it the browser).
  2. Fill out the form below (be sure to fill out each field, this example doesn't have validation)
  3. Click the "Download XML file" button (this will download a file called "sample.xml" to your default download location)
  4. Open the "XML-Import.pdf" in Acrobat Pro and select "Edit > Form options > Import data"
  5. Import the "sample.xml" - Voila!
